To get support and updates from the fantastic support team at Avada, you can register your purchase licence through the WordPress backend of your website.
However, we found from experience that trying to register it while having your Child theme activated creates a conflict and error that prevents you from doing so.
The best solution we found was to temporarily activate the main Avada theme, register your purchase licence then reactivate your Avada Child theme.
It’s also a great solution to update the main Avada theme whenever they’re available.
Although it’s a small issue, we hope this little trick will save you from potential headaches!
